WPB Commercial Corp. and PB Residential are founded on decades of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential real estate. At the helm is Paul A. Stern, our president and licensed real estate broker, who brings over 30 years of commercial real estate expertise.

Paul’s journey began in the hustle and bustle of New York City's real estate market. While attending college, he leased 5th-floor walk-ups on weekends, which led him to earn his broker’s license and start his own boutique real estate office. After graduating and briefly pursuing a career as a licensed pharmacist, Paul answered the call of duty and served in the Army Reserve. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to re-enter real estate full-time, following a successful run in his family’s sleepwear manufacturing business.

Having worked across a range of industries, from leasing retail condominiums and industrial spaces to selling multi-family housing, hotels, and land for development, Paul has done it all. His vast business knowledge and real estate acumen helped him grow and sustain Midtown Commercial Real Estate in New York City. Today, Paul continues this legacy with WPB Commercial Corp. in West Palm Beach.
